“This was a dream vacation. My husband and I enjoyed staying in the villas and having access to the amenities of the entire resort. It was so peaceful, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. “We love this property! This is our second trip to Kauai and both times we stayed at this Marriott. The pools are saltwater and so relaxing to be in. We enjoyed the hot tub too. This property is located directly off Poipu Beach. Right down the beach you can see the turtles at sunset and the occasional monk seals. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...
